Dear P’Earng,
I have asked my parents and their friends about traveling to Phuket,
they are very happy. Either hotel or tour is good.
The hotel is in Phuket Town, so it’s convenient to go anywhere
in Phuket. Hotel’s rooms are new and all furniture and facilities
are good. Boat tour to Phi Phi Islands is also good, they saw a lot
of dolphins during the tour. They got great fun. Thanks P’Earng
for arranging everything for us. We will certainly use your
services again.

Dear Mr.Thomwit,
I and my friends are pleased with our recent trip to Phuket. However,
I would like to comment about service of the van driver. The driver
gave us good advices on where to go and where to eat. For example,
the driver recommended us a good restaurant for our lunch and we were
happy with the restaurant. But sometimes, we wanted to have our dinner
at a restaurant on the way. The driver didn't stop for us. So we were
unhappy, sometimes.
Overall, we are very happy with
your services and thanks for your services. We also hope to have a
chance to use your services again.

I would give you comments as below:
* Pure Car Rent staff - Excellent
* Jeep condition - Good
* Jeep engine - No power, not so safe when drive up hills, should
change new engine
* Jeep back door - Hard to open, you should recommend your customers
how to open.

We also agree that Suzuki Caribian jeep has low power
because its engine size is only 1300 cc. and it's not new. Especially
for our customers who are used to with cars of 1.8 liter or larger
engine size, they will feel like Suzuki Caribian jeeps have no power
at all.
About Suzuki Caribian's back door, it made from fiber, so after
use it for 1 - 2 years, shape of the door will a little bit change
due to heat from the sun. So sometimes, it's hard to open and close
the door.
