Thank You, we had a great holiday in Phuket. We were fully satisfied
with Your car. The service was uncomplicated and reliable. The
car was in a good condition. What could be improved, is: The free
map of Phuket didn't show all streets in the South to Nai Harn Beach.
You could offer an official street-map for 100 Bhat extra. Thank You,
next time we will choose Your service again.

Dear Thomvit Areerasdra,
We are very satisfied with the service your company gave us. We can’t
blame you for the problems with the tires and your staff handled this
in the best way.
We have had a wonderful vacation and hope to use your company the
next time we comes to Phuket. The only other problem we had with the
car was the door-lock on the drivers door. At a few occations there
was a problem to stick the key into the lock and I have to try a few
times to close or open. I think you have to check that up.
I hope to use your service again.

Your are right about the lock. The latest model cars
from Honda in Thailand usually use the big key like you got. This
model of key is good to protect thieves. But after using it for 6
months, it starts to have a problem like you do. We have already claimed
new key (and locks) from Honda for 2 new cars. And they said there
will be no problem again. |
