I must comment that your service is excellent, I remember calling you a few times and you have never hestitated to help me even though you may have been busy attending to some other matters.
It is very comforting to know that you never push aside the clarification I wanted (2H-4H-4L) and I must really thank you for this.
There is this lady (I'm not sure of her name) who met me at the airport and again at Marriots Phuket, she is really very diligent in her work. She went though the 2 contracts separately with me and making sure that the balance in payment for the rental was accurate. She is gentle, polite and kind. 1. I had a wonderful holiday in Phuket and I intend to visit Phuket again.
